MASS EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These Terms & Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms & Conditions,” are issued by Tomasz Ochab, conducting business activity under the business name Tomasz Ochab Knock Out Productions, service address: ul. Armii Krajowej 12/LU9, 30-150 Kraków, entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland kept by the Minister of Economy, NIP (Tax ID No.): 6772280971, REGON (National Business Registry No.): 120675989, email address: info@knockoutprod.net, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser.”
2. The Terms & Conditions lay down the rules for participation in the artistic and entertainment event organised by the Organiser, which constitutes a mass event within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on Mass Event Safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 616), hereinafter referred to as the “Event.” The Terms & Conditions apply to all persons present in the Event area.
3. The right to enter the Event area is granted to persons who have presented an entry ticket to the Event containing a unique barcode issued by the Organiser, or who have received an individual right to enter the Event area from the Organiser, subject to points 4 and 6. A collector's ticket is not an entry ticket – it does not entitle the holder to participate in the Event.
4. Minors who are under 16 years of age at the latest on the day preceding the day of the Event have the right to enter and participate in the Event only under the care of an adult who takes responsibility for the minor during the Event. One guardian may supervise a maximum of one minor at the Event. The guardian of a minor is obliged to possess entry tickets – for themselves and for the minor (subject to point 5) – as well as a document confirming the child's first name, surname, and age.
5. Minors under 13 years of age may enter the Event under the care of an adult upon presentation by the adult of a “Family Entry Ticket” or two regular entry tickets (for the adult and for the minor). “Family Entry Ticket” is an entry ticket to the Event that entitles one minor under 13 years of age and their single adult guardian to enter and participate in the Event. Under the “Family Entry Ticket,” the minor and their guardian are not entitled to seats at the Event. Only a regular entry ticket entitles the holder to use a seat. The pool of “Family Entry Tickets” is limited.
6. An entry ticket issued by the Organiser becomes invalid the moment the participant leaves the Event area. Leaving the Event area is equivalent to resigning from participation in the Event, and in such case, the entry ticket does not entitle the holder to re-enter the Event area.
7. Persons appointed by the Organiser shall be present in the Event area, whose task is to ensure the security and safety of the persons present in the Event area, hereinafter referred to as the “Security Services” and “Information Services.”
8. Members of the Security Services and Information Services are obliged to carry in a visible place an ID card containing the following information: name of the issuer, identification number, face image, validity period, stamp, and signature of the issuer.
9. Persons present in the Event area are obliged to carry a valid identity document, which shall be understood as: an identity card, a temporary identity certificate, a passport, a driving licence, a school or university student ID card, a document establishing the identity of a foreigner, or any other identity document equipped with a face image and the person's residential address. At the entrance to the Event area, Security Services and Information Services may demand that the person entering the Event area present such document.
10. Persons present in the Event area are obliged to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of other persons, and in particular, to comply with the provisions of the Terms & Conditions.
11. Security Services and Information Services are entitled to:
• check and verify the rights to be in the Event area, and if a lack of such rights is established – call upon them to leave the Event,
• legitimate persons in order to establish their identity,
• browse through the contents of baggages and clothing of persons present in the Event area, in the event of suspicion that such persons are bringing or possessing objects whose possession in the Event area is prohibited under the Terms & Conditions,
• issue order instructions to persons disturbing public order or behaving in a manner inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions, and if such instructions are not followed – call upon them to leave the Event,
• apprehend, for the purpose of immediate handover to the Police, persons posing a direct threat to the property or persons entrusted to protection, as well as persons committing prohibited acts.
12. Security Services are obliged to:
• deny entry to the Event and participation therein to a person who:
• in accordance with the Act of 20 March 2009 on Mass Event Safety, is banned from entering a mass event in the cases specified therein;
• refuses to submit to the activities specified in the Act of 20 March 2009 on Mass Event Safety;
• is under the visible influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other substances with a similar effect;
• possesses a weapon or other dangerous objects, explosive materials, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages, narcotics or psychotropic substances, or other products, beverages, agents, or substances whose possession is prohibited under the Terms & Conditions;
• behaves aggressively, provocatively, or otherwise poses a threat to security or public order;
• does not possess a document entitling them to be in the Event area;
• fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions.
• remove from the area where the Event takes place the persons referred to in the preceding point.
13. Activities taken by the Security Services and Information Services should be performed in a manner ensuring respect for human dignity and other personal rights of the person against whom they have been taken.
14. Security Services may use means of direct coercion as referred to in the Act of 20 March 2009 on Mass Event Safety. The use of means of direct coercion and the documentation of such use by the Security Services shall take place in accordance with the rules set out in the Act of 24 May 2013 on Means of Direct Coercion and Firearms.
15. Information Services are obliged to:
• inform about facilities and safety requirements specified by the Organiser or rescue services;
• inform about the location of medical aid, catering, and sanitary points;
• supervise the safe entry and exit of persons participating in the Event;
• prevent persons participating in the Event from entering places not intended for the public;
• respond immediately to incidents and threats and take necessary remedial actions, in particular by informing the Security Services about them;
• observe all areas of potential threat and counteract excessive crowding of people;
• ensure compliance with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions;
• respond to complaints submitted by persons participating in the Event.
16. In the area where the Event takes place and in its close proximity, it is forbidden to:
• bring and possess weapons or other dangerous objects, explosive materials, pyrotechnic products, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages (with the exception of those purchased from the Organiser in the mass event area with an alcohol content up to 3.5%), narcotics or psychotropic substances, tasers, pepper sprays, knives, clubs, chains, petards, smoke candles, lasers, laser pointers, as well as objects that could be used as projectiles and any objects similar to them, any glass, metal, and plastic packaging, as well as any sharp-pointed objects, gas cylinders, drones, and unmanned aerial vehicles,
• bring and possess audio and video recording equipment as well as photographic equipment, as well as taking photographs, recording sound, and filming without the consent of the Organiser,
• conduct any commercial or other gainful activity without the permission of the Organiser,
• enter rooms or areas marked as "No Entry" (e.g., staff rooms, elements of the stage construction, artists' rooms, etc.),
• smoke tobacco and cigarettes outside the marked smoking zones,
• attend to physiological needs outside the toilets,
• throwing any objects,
• using open flame,
• making bonfires,
• using grilling devices,
• vandalising the infrastructure located in the Event area,
• disturbing order and littering the area,
• bringing animals, with the exception of guide dogs,
• remaining in the Event area outside its duration hours,
• bringing and possessing a backpack, handbag, or other type of baggage larger than A4 size in the Event area.
17. All persons present in the Event area are obliged to follow the instructions of the Security Services and Information Services. A refusal to comply with such instructions may result solely from their conflict with generally applicable provisions of law.

1. A monitoring system in the form of audio and video recording devices is installed in the Event area. Monitoring is conducted in order to record the course of the Event as a mass event, and in particular, the behaviour of the persons participating therein. The data controller is the Organiser. Personal data obtained as a result of monitoring are shared with the entity operating the monitoring system and institutions authorised by virtue of law.
2. Materials collected during the recording of the course of the Event that may constitute evidence allowing for the initiation of criminal proceedings or proceedings in cases concerning petty offences, or evidence that may be relevant to ongoing such proceedings, shall be immediately forwarded by the Organiser to the district prosecutor competent for the place where the Event was held or to the territorially competent district (municipal, departmental) Police commander, if necessary with a request to initiate criminal proceedings or with a motion for punishment, unless the Organiser themselves gives notice of a crime or files a motion for punishment in cases concerning petty offences.
3. Monitoring data will be processed and stored for a period of at least 30 days, but no longer than 90 days from the date of the recording, unless the image recordings constitute evidence in proceedings conducted on the basis of law, or the Organiser has been notified that they may constitute evidence in proceedings – the period specified above shall be extended until the legally valid termination of the proceedings. After the expiry of the periods referred to above, the image recordings obtained as a result of monitoring and containing monitoring data shall be deleted, unless provisions of law state otherwise. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available from the Organiser.
4. Stroboscopic lights may be used in the Event area, and persons present in the Event area may be exposed to continuous presence in a sound intensity zone, which may cause hearing damage. Pregnant women are exposed to particular danger.

The Terms & Conditions shall enter into force on 15.04.2025 and shall apply to those Events for which ticket sales started no earlier than 15.04.2025.
