We won't beat around the bush: On March 21 in the capital's Hydrozagadka you will experience the most pompous and epic experience that metal can provide. Your entertainment will be taken care of by Leaves' Eyes, Northtale and Catalyst Crime.
Germany's Leaves' Eyes plays symphonic metal, and we can only point out that they play it in such a way that your hands fold themselves into applause. There's a heavy-metal shtick that stands out especially in the melodies, there's a bit of metal-goth theater, and sometimes even a touch of folk creeps in. They give an amazing show.
Speed, great solemn guitar parts and above all, zero space for minimalism or other such things. Northtale are avid powermetalists, which you can hear from the first minutes. When they fire off a solo or a gallop (both ingredients are common with them), there's nothing to pick up.
Catalyst Crime also, like Leaves' Eyes, play symphonic metal - upbeat, momentous and almost cinematic. There is also an element of power metal to it, so another building block of majestic mood, we recommend.
