A history lesson combined with an ultra-melodic mishmash of black and death metal sounds like a spectacular evening. And that's exactly what it will be, as the lecture will be given by players from Kanonenfieber - all at Drizzly Grizzly in Gdansk on November 17. 

They appeared basically out of nowhere. Literally. So far, the identity of the project's commander Noise and his cameramen is unknown, but this only raises intrigue about their already great music. Kanonenfieber draws from those more digestible corners of black metal chill and death metal butchery, treating them as a backdrop for historical tales from the World War I era. Stories that are poignant and far from showy. You don't want to sleep through this one.
