Cannibal Corpse is often referred to as the death metal equivalent of Motörhead. Of course, the man-eaters from Tampa don't sound like Lemmy and company, but what they have in common is faithfulness to their established style, rare departures from the norm, and, above all, a consistently high level of studio releases. Death metal brutes from the USA have everything to tear off the listeners' heads. They shoot with dense riffs, their technical efficiency gives them additional points on the grinding scale, they are inhumanly heavy, and all this is supported by their massive neck and even more massive voice. Be there, but remember: headbanging is highly recommended.

One of the most appreciated and distinguished new generation thrash crews. Their crossover approach to the genre does not disappoint, because with such selected characteristics it cannot be otherwise. They clearly like d-beat, they do not break the listener's trust, offering mainly short, biting, and at the same time completely uptempo numbers, and they add the always-loved essential wilderness of hardcore to the genre. Say what you want, but in such a configuration the body throws itself into the mosh.

On Immolation, on the other hand, it will be pure hell on Earth. Death metal veterans - who, like Cannibal Corpse, have never gone below a very good level - will attack you, beat you up and give you no chance to rest. All thanks to the ever-playing, densely woven riffs with numerous dissonances and changes in tempo and melodic structures. In addition, of course, there is the constant pounding of blast beats and Ross Dolan cursing everything that is sacred. Swear with him.

Schizophrenia is a mix of everything that's coolest in death metal and thrash. Of course, they take from the first trend sinisterness and aggression pushed to the extreme, and from the second trend, they take a passion for sprinting and, of course, riffs that change like in a kaleidoscope. Old school to the fullest.
